RETURN POLICY

  • We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. If you receive products from www.kaibeautyshop.com that do not meet your expectations, simply return the unused products with the receipt within 7 days of receiving. For additional inquiry, please contact us via email at customerservice@kaibeauty.com.tw .
  • Please note you should return all products, which are purchased from same order (including gift items) with receipt, paper documents, etc., otherwise, your return request will be not accepted for refund.
  • Please note all products should be packed with original carton when return, and do not stick or write any on original carton directly.
  • Please note KAIBEAUTY reserves the right to deduct the refund amount if the product(s) that you return are missing or damaged.
  • Only items purchased on www.kaibeautyshop.com will be accepted for a return. If your items were purchased at an authorized retailer, please contact the retailer to arrange for returning.
  • Only 1 time return request will be accepted for an order.
  • If you are located at overseas country (not at Taiwan), please notate on the front side of your receipt the reason for your return and send the product(s) back to us using prepaid and insured shipping methods.

 

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. If you receive imperfect product(s) from www.kaibeautyshop.com, please contact us via email at customerservice@kaibeauty.com.tw for exchanging within 7 days of receiving.
  • If you are located at Taiwan, please pack imperfect product(s) with a carton, and we will arrange to take it back within 10 business days, then, we will send new product(s) to you as soon as possible.
  • If you are located at overseas country (not at Taiwan), please contact an authorized agent of KAIBEAUTY in your country. If you have any question, please contact us via email at customerservice@kaibeauty.com.tw .
  • Only items purchased on www.kaibeautyshop.com will be accepted for an exchange. If your items were purchased at an authorized retailer, please contact the retailer to arrange for exchanging.
  • Only 1 time exchange request will be accepted for an order.

 

 

REFOUNF INFORMATION

  • We will complete the credit card refund process within 10 business days (excluding weekend and Taiwan national holidays) after receive and check all return/exchange product(s) and related documents (e.g. receipt).
  • According to the processing procedures of different banks, the credit card refund may be completed about 10-15 business days (excluding weekend and Taiwan national holidays), and return amount may be listed on the bill of either this month or next month, you may contact your credit card bank for more details.
  • We will not accept to proceed the refund process at any authorized retailer directly.

 

 

Please note your return/exchange request may not be available in case of any following conditions.

  • Your return/exchange request has not be mentioned within 7 days of receiving.
  • Product(s) have been opened or used.
  • The receipt/invoice is lost.
  • Gift product(s) have been opened or used.
